The name is a contraction of luxury and exclusive. The intent behind it was straightforward: build a grooming line for men who care about the details of how they present themselves, and who have found that most drugstore product is either too heavy, too greasy or too full of things that dry the hair out.
Every formula was developed by a working barber with decades behind the chair, rather than by a brand team working backwards from a price point. The shampoo and conditioner contain no sulfates or parabens, the ingredients are natural, and nothing in the range is tested on animals.
Sulfate-free and paraben-free, so it cleans without stripping. Safe on colour-treated hair and gentle enough for daily use on both scalp and beard.
